By accessing and using the Task & Win mobile application ("App") and website ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Task & Win is a rewards platform that allows users to earn points and rewards by completing various tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Reading articles and content
  • Following social media accounts
  • Engaging with partner content
  • Participating in leaderboard competitions
  • Referring friends and family

Users can accumulate points and redeem them for rewards, subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use the Service, you must create an account using your Google account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Account Restrictions

You may not:

  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent system limitations
  • Share your account with others
  • Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to complete tasks
  • Engage in any fraudulent activity or abuse of the reward system

4. Points and Rewards

4.1 Earning Points

Points are awarded for completing tasks as specified in the App. The number of points awarded for each task may vary and is subject to change at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any task or reward program at any time.

4.2 Points Validity

Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged except through the App's reward redemption system. Points may expire if your account is inactive for an extended period, as determined by us.

4.3 Reward Redemption

Rewards are subject to availability and may be limited. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any reward at any time
  • Set minimum redemption thresholds
  • Limit the number of redemptions per user
  • Require verification before processing withdrawals

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use any automated means to access the Service without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Collect or harvest information about other users
  • Engage in any activity that could harm or exploit minors

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Task & Win and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately, and any points or rewards in your account may be forfeited.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the App settings. Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be deleted.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TASK & WIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Task & Win and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising from your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
